How do I return an item?

Dear Customers,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and to have placed an order with our company. We check every order before it leaves our warehouse and we inspect every product entering and leaving our warehouse, if by any chance you received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we will email you a shipping label for you to return that item and a credit will be issued to you accordingly.
Please give us a call before you send something to us as a Return Authorization needs to be issued; without that authorization no products will be accepted at our warehouse.
Closeout Items are closeout items which means they can’t be returned for a refund. Sales on Closeout items are final.

PLEASE NOTE:
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.
- We do not issue refunds for shipping charges.
- Return, Exchanges or Refund for Missing Products, should be requested within 30 days from purchase date.
- *** On Refund requests of orders with Free Shipping applied, this company has the right to refuse refund of the incurred shipping fees paid by us. We will study each case and proceed with the most just and adequate action.
