Shipping Policy

We have 3 ways of shipping your orders:

- USPS PRIORITY MAIL - Real Carrier Cost

- UPS Ground (No P.O.Boxes Allowed) - Real Carrier Cost

- FREE SHIPPING & Ground Best Value (WE PICK CARRIER 5-14 Days)- You Pay less but the time of delivery may longer.  If you pick this option you cannot have a P.O.Box as shipping address.


As the shipping rates continuously goes up, we have modified our policy as follows:

If you need to be delivered by one specific carrier (UPS or USPS), you must select the desire carrier and pay the real cost of that shipping carrier.

If you select FREE SHIPPING or Ground Best Value, as specified on the shipping type you must be aware the the cost is less but WE WILL DECIDE WHICH CARRIER and type of service to use and as a result the delivery time frame may be a little longer. If you pick this option you cannot have a P.O.Box as shipping address.

Former notes about delivery on you account profile will be disregarded.



  • WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE USA. 
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN ORDERS. BEFORE ANY SOLUTION OR HELP FROM OUR PART ON STOLEN ORDERS, OR CASES CLAIMED AS "NOT DELIVERED AS SHOWED", CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE A CLAIM NUMBER OPENED WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
  • All claims must be received no later than 15 days after the shipment date. 
  • The following States are excluded from our FREE SHIPPING promotion: Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
  • IMPORTANT: We have created special shipping rates to help our customers. These economic rates, along with the FREE Shipping, are subject to the carrier we choose. 
  • If you need to be delivered by an specific carrier you MUST pick and pay for that specific carrier.
  • Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing.
  • Estimated time of arrival starts from the date the order is shipped.
  • UPS does not deliver on Weekends or Holidays.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O.Boxes.
  • USPS does not deliver on Holidays.
  • All Shipping prices will be display at Checkout Page.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped containing the tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to register with the shipping carrier.
  • You must be 21 year of age or older to order cigar products or cigar accessories.
  • FAA Regulations and safety hazard laws prohibit the shipment of lighters via Air.
  • All Humidors will be charged extra for delivery and ship via UPS Ground only.
  • We ship via UPS and/or USPS
  • Shipping Upgrades will have an extra fee.
  • Large items (Humidors) may not qualify for FREE Shipping.
  • FREE Shipping is only valid within the lower 48 states. Does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
