How do I return an item?

Dear Customers

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and to have placed an order with our company. We check every order before it leaves our warehouse and we inspect every product entering and leaving our warehouse, if by any chance you received a damaged product or the incorrect product, we will email you a shipping label for you to return that item and a credit will be issued to you accordingly.

Please give us a call before you send something to us as a Return Authorization needs to be issued; without that authorization no products will be accepted at our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
